About Zandra
As Emily Dickinson once wrote, “How strange that nature does not knock, and yet does not intrude.” Zandra’s art embodies this paradox, inviting a moment of unexpected clarity amidst the tumult.
Zandra’s paintings are dynamic expressions of the intersection between Spirit and Nature. Her work aims to capture the complex, interconnected chaos of life and the calming light that exists within it. Each piece is layered to reflect the unpredictable, nonlinear nature of existence. It’s as if you’re in a space too intricate for anyone to understand, and then, suddenly, the divine breaks through.
Medium:
As an artist, I am captivated by the interplay of dimension and texture in my work. Using acrylic ink, pastels, and acrylics, I create multi-layered pieces that invite viewers to explore the depth and complexity of each composition. These materials allow me to express a range of emotions and ideas, adding a tactile quality that enhances the visual experience.
Ultimately, my goal is to explore the possibilities of texture and dimension in art, using my chosen mediums to bring my visions to life. I hope that my work resonates with others, offering a rich, multi-sensory experience that lingers in the mind and heart.
